Sitevisi started in 2024 with a question that had no good answer: "Why does a construction project owner have to call five people just to know how many workers showed up today?" Site management in Nigeria — and across much of the world — was still running on WhatsApp messages, handwritten logs, and end-of-day phone summaries. The information existed, but it wasn't flowing to the people who needed it.
Our founding team had direct experience in construction project management. We watched projects go over budget not because of bad planning, but because critical information — a delayed material delivery, an unexpected attendance drop, a stalled milestone — surfaced too late to course-correct. By the time a manager heard about a problem, it had already compounded.
So we built the tool we wished we had: a lightweight, mobile-first platform that site workers could actually use on the ground, that managers could navigate without training, and that owners and investors could check from anywhere in the world with a single tap.
Launched in 2025 as a Progressive Web App and native Android application, Sitevisi is now helping construction teams across Nigeria log daily activity, track headcount, monitor materials, and deliver live progress dashboards to every stakeholder — from site workers to boardrooms.
